St. Charles County Recent Arrests is a private reference service, not a government office. We cannot confirm custody, release a person, post bond, or retrieve an official booking record. Contact the public office that holds the requested information.

St. Charles County divides public-safety work among Corrections, the Sheriff’s Department, County Police, city police, and the courts. Start with the agency that made the arrest or maintains the record. Current custody and a police incident report are separate questions.

Second St.; other facility context uses 201 N. Second St. Call 636-949-3003 before traveling to confirm the current public entrance and the correct records destination.

The sheriff contact is suited to court services, transport, civil process, and sheriff records questions. It is not a daily arrest roster. Emergencies should always go to 911.
County Police serves unincorporated St. Charles County. Its office is at 101 Sheriff Dierker Court, O’Fallon, MO 63366, and its main number is 636-949-3000. The crime-tip line is 636-949-3002. For a broad county public-record request, the Registrar is at 201 N. Second St., Suite 541, St. Charles, MO 63301, phone 636-949-7560.
A precise request should name the arresting agency, date, incident or case number if known, and the desired item. Ask separately for an arrest report, booking confirmation, or booking photograph because different custodians and release rules may apply.
The countywide arrest reference maps the full official search path. For a person in local detention, check Corrections and the current Missouri MOVANS system. Missouri Case.net is the court path for filed cases and dispositions. The Missouri Department of Corrections offender search applies to state custody or supervision, not a fresh county booking. Federal Bureau of Prisons and ICE locators cover separate federal systems.
Municipal arrests may remain with O’Fallon, St. Charles, or St. Peters records staff before or without a county transfer. Contact the city police department that made the arrest when the county has no matching record.
